Daniel R. Lilly, age 46 of Bensenville, died February 4, at Loyola Medical Center, Maywood.  Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 8, from 3 until 8 PM at Brust Villa Park Funeral Home, 305 S. Princeton, Villa Park.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 9, at 11 AM at Brust Villa Park Funeral Home.  Interment will be held at Arlington Cemetery, Elmhurst.

Daniel is survived by:  his daughters, Ashley Lilly of Wood River, and Misty Lilly of Alton, IL; his brother Thomas (Cheryl) of Hawthorn Woods; his father, James (Jeanette) of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Jordan Lee Baker of Wood River, Serenity McMillian of Alton, and Landon Jacob Baker of Wood River; his nephew, Ryan Lilly of Hawthorn Woods; his niece,  Marin Lilly of Hawthorn Woods; his step-father, Terry Clark of Carpentersville; his former wife, Marci J. Lilly of Wood River; and his aunts, Betty (Jack) Kaup of CA, and Irene (Russ) Carpenter of Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Clark, and his brother, James Lilly.

Daniel grew up in Leyden Township/Villa Park/Northlake area.  He graduated from Addison Trail High School in 1982.  He was a Veteran of the US Army, having served as an M1 Tank Driver between 1983-1985.  He was a Carpenter. He was an artist and a storyteller.  He loved to read and loved animals.

    Though I am not there in person I am there in my heart and spirit! Daniel will be missed and was loved very much!!! He will never be forgotten and will live on through his children.
