FRANK JOSEPH OCHOCKI, age 74 of West Chicago, IL, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on March 4.  Visitation will be Monday, March 7, from 3 to 9 p.m. at Brust Funeral Home, 135 South Main Street, Lombard.  Funeral will be Tuesday, March 8, with 9:30 a.m. prayers at Brust Funeral Home and a 10 a.m. funeral at Faith United Methodist Church, 815 South Finley Road, Lombard.  Interment will be at Wheaton Cemetery.

Mr. Ochocki is survived by:  his wife Carolyn; his children:  Debbie (Roy) Darby, Michael, Cathy (Paul) Villano; and Marie (Steve) Smit; his grandchildren:  Sarah and Megan Darby; Emily, Eric and Ethan Villano; Amanda Smit; and Colin & Grace Vokoun; his brother Russell; and many wonderful friends that he treasured as far back as elementary school.

Mr. Ochocki enlisted in the Army and served as the military police, worked as a plant manager for Playschool and in the management training development program for Ford Motor Company, designed kitchens, and he and son Michael owned their own business for many years.  He was an active member of Faith United Methodist Church in Lombard and proud member of American Legion post 300 in West Chicago.  Building model boats, golf and interior craft projects were his favorite hobbies.  He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved telling jokes and stories masterfully to one and all.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.

    Frank will be remembered fondly and dearly missed by all who knew him. He had a full life and now rests in peace at home with the Lord.
