DOROTHY A. SCOTT, age 89, of Lombard, died March 13 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Downers Grove, Illinois.

Mrs. Scott is survived by her daughter, Wendy (Robert) Meek; her son-in-law, John Syms; four grandchildren, Lauren and Robbie Meek, and Sara and Ryan (Allison) Syms; her sister, Lorraine Clegg; and her brother, Robert Benson.
Mrs. Scott is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard; and her daughter, Laurel Syms.

Mrs. Scott loved to dance and taught line-dancing at Beacon Hill. Her hobby was her Grandchildren. Mrs. Scott was a member of the Red Hat Society.
