Irma P. Grebasch, nee Teich, age 94 of Villa Park, died at home on April 30, 2011.  Visitation will be held  Tuesday, May 3, from 4:30 – 7:30PM at Brust Funeral Home, 135 S. Main Street, Lombard.  Mrs. Grebasch will be lying-in-state on Wednesday, May 4, from 10AM until time of Funeral Service at 11AM at Trinity Lutheran Church, York Center.  Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Arlington Hts.

 

Mrs. Grebasch is survived by:  her son, Kenneth (Jan Krajnovich) of Villa Park; her daughter, Gaylin (Timothy) Winter of St. Joseph, MI; her grandchildren, Jason (Sarah) Grebasch of Chicago, Micah Winter of MI, and Ethan Winter of MI; her brothers-in-law, Raymond (Elane) of FL and Alfred (Marion) of VA; her daughter-in-law, Gail Grebasch of Elmhurst; and many other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Harold, and her son, Douglas.

 

Mrs. Grebasch lived in Villa Park for 61 years.  She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, York Center, for over 50 years, and belonged to L.W.M.L. and taught Sunday School.  She was a long-time winter resident of Ft. Myers, FL, and attended St. Michael Lutheran Church in Ft. Myers.  She loved gardening and loved to travel with her husband.
