BARBARA JEANNE FLOOD, nee Cassidy, age 77, of Lombard, formerly of Riverside, died September 1 at her home.
Visitation will be held Monday, September 5 from 3 to 9 PM at Brust Funeral Home, 135 South Main Street, Lombard.
Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, September 6 with prayers at 9 AM from Brust Funeral Home to Ascension of Our Lord Church for 10 AM Mass.
Interment will be at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, Illinois.
Mrs. Flood is survived by her husband of 56 years, Emmet J.; 13 children, Emmet T. (Ariel), Ginny Pasieka, Barbara (Terry) Hoare, Joseph (Angela), Patrick (Kim), Maureen (James) Chiappetta, Annamarie (Billy) Omanga, Margaret Flood, Colette (Michael) Murray, Clare (Fernando) Chavez, Raphael (Amanda), Robert (fiancée Allyson Albin), and Julie (Tyson) Marx; her daughter-in-law, Barbara; 67 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Flood is preceded in death by her son, Gregory.
Mrs. Flood was an Apostolate of Opus-Dei.
