ELDONNA M. WOOD, R.N., nee Baker, age 83, of Lombard, died October 29 at Lexington Health Care Center, Lombard, Illinois.

Visitation and Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, November 2, with Visitation from 2:00 pm until time of Service at 7:00 pm at Brust Funeral Home, 135 South Main Street, Lombard.

Interment Private at Chapel Hill Gardens West, Oakbrook Terrace.

Mrs. Wood is survived by her husband, Glenn F.; five children, G. Geoffrey (Sabrina) of Downers Grove, Paul C. (Mary Jane) of Naperville, Lowell A. (Stella) of Romeoville, Chelle J. Wood of Lombard, and Ronald S.  (Rev. Kimberley) of Lombard; 22 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Wood is preceded in death by two brothers, Spencer and Ronald Baker; and her sister, Pauline Baker.

Mrs. Wood was a resident of Lombard since 1948.  She had been a Registered Nurse for close to 40 years at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital and retired in 1988.  Mrs. Wood had been married for 63 years.  She was married at the First United Methodist Church in Lombard where she was a former member.  Mrs. Wood had been a member of the Nurses Club and the PTA.
