HELEN  “KAY”  SIREK, age 68, of Lombard, died May 8, at her home.

A Memorial Mass will be held at Christ the King, Monday, May 14 at 11 A.M. with a memorial gathering at 10 AM.

Ms. Sirek is survived by five sisters, Joan “Josey” (Russell) Warren of Minnosota, Rita Reilly of Virginia, Rose (Steve ) Sirek – Love of Washington, Annette (Mark ) Teslik of Moline and Dolores (Joseph) Kreye of Wisconsin; her brother Gregory (Lois) of Iowa; six nieces and two nephews. Ms. Sirek is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Evelyn, a  brother, David Edward, and a brother -in-law, Edward Reilly.

Ms. Sirek was the current president of the Lombard Lions Club and was very active in Christ the King Church. She worked with the blind and other Lions programs, and was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma Sorority.

In  lieu of flower, memorials to Delta Kappa Gamma, Beta Kappa Chapter(Grant-in-Aid)  or Lombard Lions Club, P.O. Box 431, Lombard, IL  60148,  would be appreciated.
