WackrowJames D. Wackrow, age 58, of Lombard, passed away July 27 at Good Samaritan Hospital.
Visitation will be on Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm at Brust Funeral Home, 135 S. Main St, Lombard. His funeral service will be Saturday at 11:00 am at Brust Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery in Glen Ellyn.
Jim will be missed by all who loved him dearly. A wonderful guy, loved by many including his wife, Caroline; his son, David; his brothers and sisters, Tom (Chris), Joan (Bob), Eddy and girlfriend, Jennifer, Frank (Heidi), Mary (Dave); many nieces and nephews; his friends and everyone who knew him.

    I have tears in my eyes as I am writing this, so sorry for your loss. I loved Jim like a brother as I just told him that a short time ago. They say only the good die young and he sure was the best!

    So sorry for your loss. I remember Jimmy as a little kid when I visited you in Oak Park and am glad I got to see him and talk to him again at Aunt Marie’s wake. Wish I got to know him better and all my Uncle Ed’s children. Think of you often.
