Her presence at family events was always pleasant as she lit up the room with her smile and genuine interest and cordiality with others. She brought a unique spirit to each gathering with thoughtful words and an ability to both listen and respond to everyone with dignity and understanding. She will be missed by many but her soul and spirit have moved back to her maker in heaven. She lives in the eternal safety and protection of God.

I’m so terribly sad to hear of Pat’s passing. She was always a voice of reason and a bit of a confidante for me. I’ll miss her wise suggestions. My thoughts are with all who loved her…

My heartfelt condolences to the family. It is heartbreaking to read about your dear Gwen. May it bring you comfort to know that God’s son Jesus lost a dear friend suddenly. The grief was so overwhelming that he gave way to tears. But he was also moved to restore life to Lazarus. (John 11:32-44) He understands your pain and sorrow. What Jesus did for Lazarus, he will one day do for your dear Gwen. The Bible gives us hope.
